    working out

    I have some good news today  Yep  the treadmill is working !!!! that Jerry sure did work his magic on it....He put in the KEY!!!! and  now it works...Yep, been so long since I was down on the tread mill I forgot that you had to put in the key to get it started...OMG  can you believe I could be so stupid!!!!!   lol  lol  well it is working so you know what has to happen now!!! I have to go and work out..darn..no just kidding..I will start slow and work my way up....
     
    We worked outside yesterday  got lots down but still more to do...But I got that pain behind my ribs again so think I will take it easy.....But when I heard from my son early this morning that they had snow in MN.  I thought really have to get the yard cleaned up and the camper too...NO more camping this year   that idea always makes me sad..  But the crazy weather these past months sure did take a tole on us camping...There is always next year...
     
    Boy the idea of winter coming isn't setting well with me.. but someone said it was going to be as mild winter and our gas prices are suppose to go down...I will believe it when I see it.. 
     
    The sun is shinning right now but it is cold...The stove in the family room is one so the house is nice and cozy warm  but I think there is some really cold temps coming later in the day...Good day for soup or chili...or to bake something in the oven to keep the house warm.....
     
    Football games today....So will be watching a couple of them...Have to go to the store later today too....Boy have you notice how quickly that bill at the grocery goes up.....You don't have any bags filled but your bill in $100.00!!!     Have to find ways to cut back    got any suggestion??? and please don't say cut out all goodies   lol  lol  
     
    Well best to get moving ..that way I will stay     warm..My finger tips are getting cold here in the PC room..lol  lol 
     
    Have a great weekend and stay warm...Time to change those clothes in your closet from summer to winter...That's what I may do today in the warm house..lol  lol

    Groceries are really going up... we've been shopping at a local retailer that allows us to save about 30 dollars a visit... but it's not a national chain. The national chains are a lot more expensive prices...
    No answer on how to help... we haven't found one, anyway...

    Good Morning Pat, It was a very frosty morning here with the temp at 32 degrees, It killed a lot of vegetaion I noticed when I went out this morning. I really hate winter and I think I will have to start on my countdown to spring early this season.
