July 09 Hey I am back!!!!Off to my flower garden this AM have to fertilize some of the flowers and sprinkle a little bet of water over them.....
I have tomatoes growing every which way...some in garden, some in pots, and on even growing upside down...Have to see which does the best will keep you informed...
Maybe I will snap a pic and then we can check out their progress through out the season..
Beautiful day here today into the 70s just right for working out side... Jerry has been a little upset with me for all the time I have been spending on my virtual farm on face book...but you know what ???? I am having fun and meeting people from all over the world..just like on spaces...And you know what I can hire people to harvest all my c r ops and make me lots of points...lol lol Not like in real life like today and yesterday keeping a flower garden looking top natch ( not sure if that is a word) oh well , anyway it is a lot of work...
Well that's it for today...hoping you are are having the nice weather we are finally getting..
July 07 Patty misses everyone... Looks like I have to get back into the swing of things here...I got started with face book and boy it was taking up a lot of my time but I am having fun with it..and I see a lot of my friends from here there too so that is very nice...It has been a good way to keep in touch with family...Grand kids, my kids, and even nieces and nephew... Just this week I got in touch with 2 friends I haven't heard from in Many many years so it will be fun catching up on all that time...We were neighbors when we lived downstate they were just children and now they have children...So I am ex cited about this...One is living in Detroit area and the other lives in Argentina My children are happy with this reunion...They were best friends when we lived in Garden City so many years ago....
But I have been missing those of you that I haven't heard from in a while so I guess I have to get of my butt and make some changes here...So I am going to try much harder to find some time to post and visit...
Today I went out for the Red Hat monthly meeting and lunch...We also celbrated 4 of the sisters b days so that meant cake yummy....had a nice visit then came home and Jerry and I went to the neighbors to pick some strawberries....oh my that is back breaking work for us old people...not a fun way to spend the afternoon but the berries were free...no way in hell would I go and work so hard then have to pay for them lol lol I know some friends that really enjoy picking berries...I did that when I was younger but not anymore..
Oh my , Sarah my grand daughter in on IM and wants to chat..So I am off to do that ...I love that we can communicate this way...

Happy Independence Day to everyone...Looks like it is going to be a perfect day to enjoy this holiday.. No big plans here but I am sure most of you will be having a cook out with family and friends....Well we are going shopping today and out for breakfast or lunch all depends on how fast we get moving...lol lol Maybe even hit the parade while we are in Alpena. Need to get some items so I can decorate an umbrella for our garden tour in a couple of weeks....Just got our tickets and read about some of the gardens we will be seeing and now I am really getting excited about this adventure...We will be having a luncheon in a Castle..Yep you read that right I will be sure to get lots and lots of pix.. Well got to get moving Just wanted to be sure to wish each and every one out there a beautiful day.....

Yep another year older and f eeling pretty good and I am thankful for that....Received lots of calls today from family and friends and I am happyto hear from them all
Went out to lunch with 2 gals I use to work with at Subway....Caught up on all the gassip i could take ...lol lol
Talked to my sister early this morning because it is her b day today too....It is nice having our b day the same day...... we will celebrate when we go down state to visit her...I hope that will be very soon....
It is a beautiful day and I am relaxing ( well as much as I can) lol lol but I am not doing much dont think you should have to work on your b day....
Well not a lot more to say except thank you for all the good wishes ....
 Happy Birthday to me!!!!! lol lol  a little of my garden for you to see....June 24 any one Hot today???Oh my goodness is it hot....all winter I had to stay in because of the cold NOW I am in the house because of the Heat...Yep per it got up to 99 here today and stayed in the 90s until now down to 89...Not going to be good for sleeping tonight if you don't have A?C...Thank goodness we have a window a/c unit so we are comfortable in the house....I had to put some things away in the camper...wow HOTTER than Hot in there...Glad I am not camping this week... It is very humid too...but I think there is a cold front coming so should cool things down..
My garden ( well I think it is) is beautiful...every day now something new is blooming....not much of the ground is visible because everything is growing so well..
I took a few pix that I will add to a new album but give me a day or two....this heat is really getting to me....
The other day My Red hat friends and I went for a shopping trip and to celebrate my upcoming b day....We went to a very nice restaurant to eat lunch...and the gals had a b day cake for me and it was yummy and some nice gifts...I have to check and see how those pix came out and if they are good I will post them too... I have been busy running here and there and that is fine but today I will just stay where it is cool......
Not much happening in my part of the world...I have been working on my gardens and trying to catch up on my cleaning in the house....will really have to do some deep cleaning before my gang all get up here in August....
Any one have any good suggests on something cool to eat during this heat..We even ordered Pizza last night so I didn't have to cook inside or out...
Well sorry I haven't been keeping up with msn spaces but I also now have facebook and there are a couple of things I enjoy there...I am building a farm and not doing too badly but you should see Sherrys farm wow...I told her I want to live there for real....She is really good at all those things...not me but I try....
But I do miss sitting here just letting the keyboard do its thing and write what is going on in my life as boring as it may be....I have a new friend on face book she is a Red Hatter from Michigan too....I love being able to meet all these wonderful friends on my P/C the only thing nicer would be to really meet them in person and visit and have coffee with them Will maybe raspberry Ice tea today ...golly that would be wonderful...
Well enough from me don't want to bore you all have a great evening and please take care in this heat....
